Thank you for shopping with Unique Treats. We want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders made by the customer.

However, refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

• Damaged items
• Defective items
• Incorrect items delivered

All claims must follow the conditions below.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement of the same item
• An exchange for an item of equal value
• A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Custom-made or personalized gifts
• Gift hampers with food, chocolates, or perishables
• Items that have been used, altered, or not in original condition
• Sale or discounted items

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed through the original payment method
• It may take 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us

5. Cancellations

5.1 Standard Orders

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

5.2 Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier services
• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers
• Uncollected parcels

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
