• Any complaint regarding damaged/incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photo proof.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

• We offer gift wrapping, personalization, and custom gift packages.
• Custom orders require advance payment and cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
